Welcome to my site.
My name is Alison Basaj, I am a photographer based in Lancashire, and I take my inspiration from the wonderful surroundings of the nearby Lake District. I also travel around the country and visit National Trust properties where there are so many interesting images and where I have been known to be lost for hours. I sell my work to private homes, at picture parties and fund raisers, at craft fairs around the country and in galleries, commissions are also a large part of my work. I am also offering my framed pictures to hire in offices or domestic sites, please e-mail me with your requirements.
I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Sam Youd the head gardener at Tatton Park, and Dave Williams and Bob Buckley who have looked after and advised me on my visits to the park, without them I would not have some of the pictures on this site.
